I have a 57 Bel Air I’m restoring. This just reminds me I have to buy some wheel bearings today.

Yes - the Panther was built in the mid 90s and based on a Moto Guzzi Nevada motor and frame.

I became a Guzzi fan early on. My very first bike was a 1969 Guzzi Ambassador. After that I had a Norton, a Beezer and a Sportster. None could come close to the Guzzi experience. Right now I’m riding a 1200 Gold Wing.

What I’d really like to do is get an old Ambo/Eldo frame and pop an 1100EV motor in it, along with some Brembo brakes. There’s a guy in CA who has already done a couple that way, but it’s about a $20K project.
