The blue regions in Arizona and New Mexico also correspond with the locations of Indian reservations (and liberal cesspools like Santa Fe).
I must be stupid or something, but are not the Indian Reservations their own Nations? I realize that we mostly pay their way because we owe it to them, but how is it they are sovereign nations and still vote in our elections?
