When George Zimmerman was arrested for domestic violence recently, police retrieved at least five guns and 100 rounds of ammunition. Among the guns was an AR-15, the same style of weapon used by Adam Lanza when he walked into Sandy Hook Elementary School and murdered 20 little children. Naturally there are many people wondering why Zimmerman needs that many guns -- and the words of both exes in his life seem to indicate that he is a ticking timebomb.
Zimmerman has been barred from having guns while awaiting trial regarding the domestic violence charges, but that doesn't mean he won't get them back, and it doesn't mean that he has relinquished all of his weapons. Shellie Zimmerman herself has compared her estranged husband to a "lion pacing in a cage" and that she doesn't know what he is capable of -- but I think we all know what he is capable of, and the loved ones of Trayvon Martin know better than anybody.
At least two people in his life believe that he has it in him to just "snap," so it's not hard to speculate the possibilities. Could George Zimmerman have been on his way to snapping in a grand way with all of that ammunition and firepower? One thing is for certain: It's fortunate that he no longer has this particular weaponry.

It really is well past time for George to simply shut up and disappear for awhile. Head to the mountains, George. Get out of Dodge, as it were.

I certainly would hope not. The prospect of that headline being news made me sad. If brother Zim should go a little bit postal it will be because the hateful libs brought it on themselves. What other american man had a price put on his head by a Black Panther on tv in front of the mike with Holder saying nothing against this fatwa? Hopefully some church quietly gives George a job on the condition he shuts up and lays low. Even Casey Anthony shows more brains and she’s as nutty as a fruitcake!
He really ought to consider moving to Peru for a while. He has been under more stress than most people will know in a life-time. He probably needs therapy and definitely needs some peace away from the hounds.
The problem Zimmerman has in my opinion is that he is still a young man and as such is primarily driven by his lower area as opposed to his upper area.
Let me just put it that way.
He is leaving himself open to attack via this weakness.
I don’t believe he did what the woman accuses him of, because it makes no sense for him to do so.
However, this is a man who needed to build a very high, very thick wall around himself, and he failed to do so.
It could cost him every single thing in the end.
A FReeper that’s been there (has relatives in Peru) told me about a week or two ago that it’s a $#*+hole. Don’t recall his/her name or I’d ping them.
The bimbo and her mother had been shopping her story to the media weeks BEFORE the incident.

With the things he’s been involved with it sure indicates an instability in his life right now.I would really be worried if I had to issue him a permit to carry since he seems to have a problem staying out of trouble .

An AR15? Well there can be no doubt then. That is an assault weapon used for murdering large numbers of defenseless little children.

And that is why I am thankful that you do not have the power to make such decisions - historically speaking, your blatant disrespect for the rule of law and due process is far, far more dangerous than anything that "seems" to "worry" you.

Why don't you stick with the Hannah Anderson story -- that's more your depth.
