The good news is that neither this, nor any other of the changes that have been made unilaterally by King Barry, will really do the Democrats any good. Why? Because business does not plan 1 or 2 days in advance, nor do insurance companies. Business owners will be letting people go, cutting people back to part-time, and eliminating insurance coverage altogether (as many already have), and insurance companies will be sending out tens of millions of cancellation notices, well before the election next year. The king is doing these unilateral changes to the law to soothe his base. I think that the Democrats are totally screwed next November and there is nothing that all the king’s whores and all the king’s girly-men can do to put Humpty Dumpty together again.

I think this all falls under "overwhelm the system". Or just "overwhelm the senses". Brazen lawlessness has become the new "normal". The red line was crossed before election 2008, so they've had five years to eliminate any boundaries, even to go so far as to say "ignore the voices warning of tyranny."
