I tried eating food that had been preserved in alcohol.
Then I discovered that the food was bad for me.

Get some aloe juice or gel. When you bring groceries home from the market fill up the sink without 1/2 cup of aloe juice. Place all the fruits and veggies in the sink solution and let it sit for about an hour. I find refrigerated food lasts about 3 times as long with this method. An alternative to aloe juice is hydrogen peroxide, but just use about 1/4 cup of that.

There worst of this is the Government does not care one bit for the few who have these allergies or health problems. They are doing this under the guise of helping them to gain control of every aspect of our lives.
This is beyond Communism.
Research the seeds for content of cyanogen or other toxic precursors. Usually steam or dry heat treatment is sufficient to neutralize.
Look up Sodium triphosphate (STP) sometimes STPP or sodium tripolyphosphate as the additive.
Watch out for that most deadly of all food additives: DHMO.
DHMO is invariably found in human cancer cells.
You’re telling me that fresh picked, washed and trimmed strawberries or raspberries have something toxic in them ..??
