It's tough, some do medifast, some eat during 6-8 hours a day and fast after that with low cal stuff.
Some do lap band.
It's all about not stuffing the pie hole, that is 95% of it and exercise is the other 5%.
The computer age has triggered most of this. I think it’s more about being stationary at the computer than it is about eating. But I don’t care if someone’s fat anyway.
Yes, nobody force feeds you (unless you are on a hunger strike in GITMO). You control what goes in. That's why I like Weight Watchers. The point system doesn't force you into foods you hate nor give foods that you like. You count the points. If you want several slices of pizza for dinner you make do with protein shakes until then.
LOL, you’re right. I have a tight budget and fortunately a lot of what I eat now is pretty cheap: frozen dinners and yogurt (usually with coupons) and I put a water filter on my faucet and I wash and refill my water bottles. I’ve found when I exercise I’m not as hungry. I’ll do what has worked in the past, which is basically eat a lot less and exercise.
That is total BS. Tell that to an "Apple Shape" with thyroid/autoimmune problems who has struggled an entire lifetime STARVING to maintain a healthy weight. No pie hole stuffing (lovely) going on, just eating a meager 1300 calories a day -- what fun! Add a glass or two of wine and you're down to 800-900 calories of food. Think it's easy? Try it.
