Anyone contemplating hiring or keeping one of these gender confused freaks has to consider this question: Is the value they add to the company worth the risk and the extra cost? At minimum, you will have to provide them with their own private toilet facilities. They will sue you if you insist they use the facilities of their actual gender. However, if you allow them to use the facilities of their perceived gender, then the normal people in your company could object to sharing them with a one person freak show.
Another plant in our company just went through this. They were fortunate that the freak show accepted its own private facilities because it could have sued for not being allowed to use the women's facilities. Fortunately, it did not. Just as fortunately, the company found just cause to discharge it over another matter.
