When robins eat stale, fermented berries, they get drunk. Seriously. I guess they're mean drunks, too.Personal knowledge: mean drunks with a WILD-EYED look.
WATCH OUT FOR THAT ROBIN!!!

Yup. I had the misfortune to be at a conference in Anaheim. The sponsoring organzation will never have another one there. If you didnt have family with you, and didnt feel like visiting Disneyland or Knotts Berry Farm there wasnt much to do except hang around your hotel. I did decide to walk some distance from the hotel/conference center area, and its a good thing I did it during the day. Area is overrun with questionably documented folks, and someone with our group was robbed nearby by bandits on a motorcycle.Without Disneyland, Anaheim is just a huge, flat, smoggy, Mexican town, most of whom are illegal. I have an ex-friend from there and ALL I ever heard from her is how WONderful Anaheim is. Hah.
Also, my ex-friend hates, despises, detests and loathes Disneyland. 'Nuff said.

From your article...could you explain the bold text below i.e. Why is "Sarah Palin" a dirty word in Anchorage?
Is that a typo...did you mean to say Not a dirty word there?
Few cities in America offer the natural beauty, or access to natural resources, that Anchorage does. Sure, moose and bears wander the streets in winter and Sarah Palin is now considered a dirty word there, but Anchorage is still located in the Wild West of Alaska.

“Funny I thought the same. If I ever win the mega lotto I would buy acres and acres of land and start a conservative community NO LIBERALS ALLOWED”
I would be interested in what “Three Questions” would have to be answered correctly in order to live in your Conservative Community?... “The Walking Dead” style.

Actually, I believe he was saying that the close proximity of Sarah Palin to Anchorage was a reason that liberals avoid living in Anchorage. Not a slight on Palin at all.

Although the town I live in is infested with democrats, it is small enough that they do not have much effect on daily life.Although the town I live in is infested with democrats, it is large enough that they do not have ANY effect on my daily life. :o) :o) :o)

You’re right. I have friends who live in Anaheim. They call it “Ana-Crime.” You can’t swing a cat without hitting an illegal alien, and you can’t visit anybody and expect your car to still be there when it’s time to go home.

Never mind. I just read the intro to the “Anchorage” section and saw what you were referring to. I had only carefully read the “Liberals avoid it because” section.

The President of the United States is DOMESTIC ENEMY #1!I would submit he is foreign enemy #1. His values, beliefs, politics, and desires for this country are as American as Brezhnev's Soviet Union..
