Vermonts health insurance exchange cost $170 million in federal grants to develop (or nearly $4,000 per uninsured Vermonter). It also doesnt work. So Gov. Peter Shumlin, D, (unhappy-looking guy at right) is pulling the fire alarm...

Yeah. Peter Shumlin is a corrupt jerk. He persuaded the dummies in the Vermont legislature to pass a single payer healthcare law without any effort to figure out how it would be paid for, when the Fed money ran out. Now he evidently can’t even get it started, let alone figure out how to pay for it down the line.
