President Obama held an off-the-record meeting with five conservative journalists on Tuesday afternoon.
Present at the meeting were Charles Krauthammer, the Washington Post columnist and Fox News contributor; Paul Gigot, the Wall Street Journal editorial page editor; Robert Costa, the National Review’s Washington editor; syndicated columnist Kathleen Parker; and Washington Examiner columnist Byron York, according to a source with knowledge of the meeting.
Of those, at least 4 have been vocal critics of the Cruz strategy — and Obama, who follows the news and monitors his detractors and defenders just as you’d expect a paranoid narcissist would, did not pick these “conservatives” at random.

Unfortunately for the “pragmatists” and poll humpers, the grassroots is going to continue to apply pressure and make their voices heard.
To repeat for the umpteenth time: the GOP is asking for two things, both of which should be easy to sell to the American people if they would simply put up a united front (something Obama is betting they won’t do, and trying to win over GOP mouthpieces is one way to prevent that):

So the appeal is to career politicians and the pundits who live off them like tape worms to protect their jobs and the status quo, rather than risk it all on the “ideology” of “extremists” who “don’t understand how the DC game is played.”
They may not have ruling power, but they’ll keep their cozy offices and their power — as well as have plenty to fund raise on. And think of all that new ObamaCare revenue that they, too, will one day get **snip**

Don’t be fooled as Obama is asking for some “conservative” mouthpieces for his Obamalies.
Ask your Democrat or RINO Congressman or woman to answer the following set of questions:
* Does the refusal of Commander in Chief Obama to pay for the Funeral expenses of HIS four dead Warriors rise to the level of an Impeachable Offense?
“Generally, dereliction of duty refers to failure through negligence or obstinacy to perform one’s legal or moral duty to a reasonable expectation. In other words, it means willful or negligent failure to perform assigned duties or performing them in a culpably inefficient manner. Dereliction of duty is an Impeachable Offense, as stipulated in the US Constitution. Dereliction of duty is also a US Military offense subject to a US Military Courts Martial.
* Will our sorry Congressional RINOs do their usual kid gloves, “boys will be boys” approach to Obama’s numerous violations of the US Constitution, or will they FINALLY draw up The Articles of Impeachment for B. Hussein Obama?

Well, they may not be pure conservatives, but I can tell you: this means Obama is running scared.
Wether they are conservative or not so much, I would hope none are dumb enough to be a tool for obama.
I would also hope Krauthammer, would report on what was discussed in the meeting, if he agreed to not report, shame on him.
For what? To play them tapes from the NSA, show them pictures from the CIA and review their tax deductions?

They should not have attended. If only to maintain any image of credibility. Now they look very very suspect. They’ve list a great deal
They should have refused to attend and suggested that 0bama use that time to negotiate with the GOP so that the government shutdown will be less prolonged.
