Disclaimer: I’ve always liked Newark mayor Cory Booker. I disagree with him about nearly everything, wouldn’t vote for him, and find his actual record as mayor rather depressing, but I just plain like the guy. His hands-on adventures with helping constituents have been worthy of celebration… to the extent that they’re true.
And that’s the big problem with Cory Booker. He’s a phony. He makes up stories and spends years insisting they’re true, to the point where he’s either stunningly dishonest, or maybe could benefit from time spent with a therapist. Neither scenario bodes well for someone who wants to serve in the United States Senate. (Which is not to say he’d be the only odd character in the Senate, of course. But we’ve already got the likes of Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid accusing people of tax evasion based on what his imaginary friends told him.)
Michael Gartland at the New York Post recently produced a rundown of Booker mythology, ranging from embellished stories built out of real incidents to the most notorious Booker fib, a longtime drug-dealing friend from the wrong side of the tracks called “T-bone,” whose existence no one except Cory Booker can verify:

And then there’s the unanswered question of whether Booker’s gay or not.
Just another three card monte dealer and FUBARack (thanks to who came up with that one) wannabe.
When the author of this article called Booker “a phony”, he may not have realized that is an endorsement, really, guaranteed to win in liberal NJ. People there rarely met a phony they didn’t like.
President FUBO probably wants Booker in town, so it’s easier for them to have “private conferences” in the White House.

He is a little gay-ish, and I’ve never seen any women mentioned in connection with him, and he is a good looking, successful guy so that seems odd.
It’s too bad, I liked him too, and let’s not forget his predecessor, Sharpe James was a complete crook, but he does seem to be rather a phoney-baloney.
And Chris Christie has gone out of his way to smooth his path to the Senate, which he no doubt did to keep Booker from running against him for Gov.
And that’s what we call “Jersey Strong”.
Plan fact is, he’s become too Conservative for today’s core Democrat voter. The template is something closer to Bill DeBlasio.
This bodes very ill for Hillary.
I thought of you when I saw this story, maybe we are all wrong about Booker being gay, because evidently he is twitter friends with a very female stripper.
