Illegal alien pleads guilty to stabbing 14-year-old girl to death in Colorado

On Sept. 6, Ezequiel Padilla-Villalobos, 24, pleaded guilty to the kidnapping and murder of 14-year-old Gabriela Acosta in Commerce City.

The illegal alien had been dating the girl's sister.

On Dec. 23, 2012, Padilla-Villalobos was drinking at a bar when his girlfriend called and asked him to pick up her younger sister in Broomfield, according to police.

ABC 7 News reported:

“Commerce City police wrote that he told them he started having "bad thoughts" about killing the teenager as he drove her to a family member's home. Padilla-Villalobos pulled over at a horse farm at 8690 Verbena St., where he'd previously done some work.

“He parked the truck, leaned over and started strangling the girl, according to the affidavit. Somehow she escaped the truck, the document said, but Padilla-Villalobos caught her and continued trying to strangle her until he decided it wouldn't work.

Padilla-Villalobos then stabbed her multiple times, eventually leaving the knife embedded in the girl's neck.

Padilla-Villalobos is currently being held at the Adams County Jail on an immigration detainer. His sentencing is scheduled for Nov. 12.

It’s what they do in their home country. How dare the US deny them their cultural heritage?

Not to sound crass, but Padilla-Villalobos must be a pansy in every aspect since when he could not strangle the girl. That said, sad event that could be avoided IF HE WASN’T HERE!

Being an illegal alien should be a aggravation to any crime committed. I wonder why the courts and lawmakers don’t see it that way?

Can you imagine what's been going on in Mexico and the rest of Latin America that's never gets reported in USA? The rapes, molestations, child abuse etc. And the federal mis-government of the USA is letting these creeps in -- in the name of diversity.

Well we’re now “Mexi-Merica” - this isn’t your grand father’s America anymore.

Need a return to yesteryear. When justice was served.

Death Sentence – 1881
“Jose Manuel Miguel Xaviar Gonzales, in a few short weeks, it
will be spring, the snows of winter will flee away, the ice will
vanish, and the air will become soft and balmy, in short, Jose
Miguel Xaviar Gonzales, the annual miracle of the years will
awaken and come to pass, but you won’t be there.”
“The rivulet will run its soaring course to the sea, the timid
desert flowers will put forth their tender shoots, the glorious
valleys of this imperial domain will blossom as the rose, still
you won’t be here to see.”
“From every-tree top some wild woods songster will carol his
mating song, butterflies will sport in the sunshine, the busy
bee will hum happy as it pursues its accustomed vocation. The
gentle breeze will tease the tassels of the wild grasses, and
all nature, Jose Manuel Miguel Xaviar Gonzales, will be glad,
but you, you won’t be here to enjoy it because I command the
sheriff or some other officers of the country to lead you out to
some remote spot, wing you by the neck from a knotting bough of
some sturdy oak; and let you hang until you are dead.”
“And then, Jose Manuel Miguel Xaviar Gonzales, I further command
that such officer or officers retire quickly from your dangling
corpse, that vultures may descend from the heavens upon your
filthy body until nothing shall remain but bare, bleached bones
of a cold-blooded, copper-colored, blood-thirsty, throatcutting,
chili-eating, sheep-herding, murdering son-of-a-bitch.”
United States of America v. Gonzales (1881) United States
District Court, New Mexico Territory Sessions Taos New Mexico.
Honorable Judge Roy Bean
United States Judge

Sadly, they no longer make judges like Judge Roy Bean, the Law West of the Pecos. It was very beneficial for young children to see someone hanging from a rope until dead. They usually decided that was a bad way to die, if one was too bad to live among civilized folks.

Exactly, I understand Padilla-Villalobos said something along lines of “ so you are telling me that kidnapping and killing someone in America is wrong? Because I have to tell you where I come from we do it all the time.”

Right - and it’s acceptable in their country so it should be okay in the US. And there are liberal groups that support that thesis.

Illegals come to share all their baggage with us. Every murder they cause or commit is on the heads of politicians and judicial authorities who do nothing to stop illegal immigration.

A lot of these South Mexico illegals are barely five feet tall. They look like Oompa Loompas. And we let them run around drinking, driving, raping and killing across our nation.

I am entirely in favor of this. All of a sudden, videogame violence might not seem so attractive to them...

Obama/McCain immigration reform will crackdown on these horrible crimes.

If he does this two more times (max of three only will be allowed) he will have to go to the back of the citizenship line.

From my home page...

___________________________________________________________________

Whenever an illegal alien kills someone in a drunk driving accident or something similar, here’s what I recommend:
What can we do about it? Here’s my standard post.

RICO —Citizen Recourse

Private persons and entities may initiate civil suits to obtain injunctions and treble damages against enterprises that conspire to or actually violate federal alien smuggling, harboring, or document fraud statutes, under the Racketeer-Influenced and Corrupt Organizations (RICO). The pattern of racketeering activity is defined as commission of two or more of the listed crimes. A RICO enterprise can be any individual legal entity, or a group of individuals who are not a legal entity but are associated in fact, and can include nonprofit associations.

Here’s what I’ve been pushing: it’s time to file Racketeering, Influencing, and Corrupt Organizations (RICO) lawsuits.

RICO lawyers could turn it around in a few years and MAKE MONEY at the same time. I’m surprised they haven’t done it already.

In the absence of enforcement, we can get the word out in the meantime that there is money to be made in filing RICO lawsuits against employers who hire illegal aliens like this jerk.

Employers would have no trouble shutting down the border if they could get sued by someone under the RICO statutes for hiring these people in the first place. The next time an illegal alien kills someone in a drunk driving accident or somesuch thing, I’m going to point out that the victim’s family might be able to seek compensation from the employer under these statutes in the hopes that it would catch on. If this did catch on, would see such a swift backlash against illegal immigration that no employer would go near these people and they’ll all simply want to go back home.
