Who votes these people into office?
Sounds like a judge who sold his soul....and his robe...to
the unions for election money and now they are wanting some
pay back for their investment.
I’d like to see the part of this judges decision which explains why the anti-slavery clauses apply to this. From my perspective, it appears they would cause him to rule the exact opposite of what he did, if they apply at all.

Lake County Indiana is located at the very far northwest corner of the state. Not only is this county crisscrossed by 4 Interstates, the Indiana Toll Road and 6 US Highways, it is also home to East Chicago, Gary and Hammond. Not exactly a conservative stronghold or a nice place to be from by any stretch of the imagination.
Right to work means I own my labor and can sell it to the highest bidder.
Slavery means I don’t own my labor.

First immediately impeach the judge!
Second, we do have slavery in this country and most of us are slaves.
When you are forced, by the tyranny of government, to surrender a significant portion of your earnings so elected officials can buy votes with your money and give it to lazy sloths, then you are, without question, a slave.
The judge should read the Taft-Hartley Law which gives states the right to be RTW if they choose so.
