The government can’t prohibit people using the public roads. Use ‘em.

My thought exactly. Freedom of assembly implies no need for a permit to act in an otherwise lawful manner. If 5000 FReepers were to walk down a DC sidewalk or cross from the National Museum of American History to the DAR Constitution Hall what law is broken?
