I understand that point, but it's the BIG picture that's stressed in those cases -- which is using those incidents as dress rehearsals and excuses to implement Martial Law, ignoring the legal process (they never claimed Dorner was "innocent"), and shut down entire cities and movement of The People. Over ONE rogue criminal or two.

The rest of it IS factual.

They were talking about Ibragim Todashev, a person of interest in the Boston bombings, who was shot during interrogation by the FBI.
