To: Two Kids' Dad

Did the 15 month time off affect your employability at all? Was it an issue with employers?

The time off wasn’t an issue at all because my first job back was with a guy I had worked with previously and I worked part-time for a few months until the department got busy enough for me to go full-time again. It was a really nice transition back.
