That's pretty bad.

My wifey is from SK and she's a little bitty thing.

So are all of her sisters and SK pals.

Recipe No. 1: Kim Jong-un Surprise

1 cup Rat fat
1 cup Barley grains

Roll fat and barley into 3/4” balls.
Fry, if you have heat.

Feeds family of four.

Substitute whatever ingredients are available if rat fat or barley cannot be obtained.

This is an interesting article about North Korea. One thing he mentions in passing is:
"It, (North Korea), is populated by the children of a 1990s famine, malnourished orphans with oversized heads who never grew. It is forbidden to use the orphans’ nickname: kotchebi, or “little sparrows,” a reference to their habit of flitting around in the dirt looking for crumbs to eat."
