Mr. Paul Craig Roberts is one of a few circling around the incontrovertible kernel of truth, Barack Obama told us all, before he was sworn in, on his own web site, that he is a “Naturalized” citizen. He said “I am a native-born citizen of the U.S.” Obama told us he was “...born a subject of the British Commonwealth"..."... by the British Nationality Act of 1948". Obama spoke truthfully, depending upon the complicity of both political parties, and the ignorance of most of us about an obscure part of our legal history, obscure because it was seldom discussed and no president before Obama was known to have violated it. Thanks to attorney Leo Donofrio, we now know that Chester Arthur used a tactic similar to Obama’s, he hid his birth certificate, to distract from his alien father, a British subject when Chester was born. Barack took his oath of office in clear violation of our Constitution, as the Chief Justice was certainly aware, and himself impeachable. A valid question is whether Barack, not an eligible president, is impeachable?

“Native-born” residents, such as American Indians, were not made citizens by the 14th Amendment, because they owed sovereignty to their tribal governments. Barack told us, in the language of the “Naturalization Amendment”, which exercised Article 1 section 8, the command that Congress create “an Uniform Rule for Naturalization”, that he was “native-born”, born on our soil, and a citizen by the 14th Amendment. We assume he was born in Hawaii and our US Code makes him a citizen because his mother was a citizen. But he is not “born on our soil to parents who were citizens when he was born”, and never claimed to be, the common-law definition, since our Constitution intentionally does not contain definitions, depending upon the common language and common-law familiar to our framers. By our Constitution Obama is not eligible to the office he occupies.

Article II Section 1 wasn't obscure to our Congressmen. Seven attempts to amend the Constitution were submitted, two by John Conyers, one each by Menendez and Barney Brank, one by Rohrabacher and Orin Hatch, failed during just the seven years before he and John McCain were made the choice, neither of whom were “natural born citizens” as required by the Article II Section 1. Senators Barack Obama and his campaign co-chair Clare McCaskill filed Senate Bill 2678, , the ‘‘Children of Military Families Natural Born Citizen Act’’ in February of 2008, and when that failed to pass, McCaskill and Leahy, in April 2008, filed Senate Resolution 511, the “Senator John McCain Natural Born citizen Resolution”, which is not actionable, but expresses a sentiment that McCain was a patriot, and our framers would have agreed, even if he doesn't satisfy the law. The leaders of both parties then imposed a ban on discussion and Republicans float one naturalized citizen after another, Rubio, Jindal, Cruz, to protect from being called to account. Democrats initiated, using Hillary's Pennsylvania Democrat party official, Philip Berg, a disinformation campaign to distract the public from the legal truth and direct focus to a non-existent birth certificate - clever agitprop reminiscent of the USSR’s Politburo.

Your article does a good job of identifying the cross roads we're at. I think the extent to which our insurgent government has entrenched the police state far surpasses what most of us had imagined. The IRS scandal was a powerful revelation. 0bama had done what most presidents dared not to do due to their ethical upbringing and solid moral compass; VIOLATE HIS OATH OF OFFICE (AND NUMEROUS FEDERAL LAWS) TO WIN AN ELECTION. AND OBAMA'S USE OF AGENCIES TO TARGET AMERICANS FOR THEIR BELIEFS CONTINUES UNABATED TO THIS DAY. THE IRS HAS NOT STOPPED THEIR TARGETING AND NO ONE HAS BEEN PROSECUTED FOR THEIR CRIMES.

All the seemingly bizarre comments and actions of team 0bama have come full circle. As you said, when Napolitano talked about 'domestic terrorists', she was talking about us, and posts like mine. The IRS scandal proves that our government is targeting/punishing Americans for their beliefs. One can only imagine the lists the DHS keeps and the names of Americans on those lists, such as Sarah Palin, Glenn Beck, Rush Limbaugh, and regular citizens such as myself. The question is, who is going to detain everyone on their list? I believe 0bama is building that army now, and it involves unions, black activist groups, ACORN, etc. Who will be given the hollow point rounds the DHS has purchased, and what is REALLY happening with all the guns our government confiscates, to include those received via 'gun buyback' programs? Will the DOJ/BATF start confiscating regular Americans' guns to arm their own appointed Civilian National Security Force?

George Orwell and Ayn Rand warned us, and now it's here. I don't think this can be stopped without blood letting on a scale never seen in any civilization, ever. That very fear is the reason nothing's been done to stop the war waged upon us.
