The title of this thread is the very reason that concerned citizens need to be made aware of the Constitution's Clause 2 of Section 7 of Article I. If patriots can elect 2/3 conservative majority control of each House of Congress in 2014, then consider the following.
Conservative-controlled Congress will have the power under the above referenced clause to override presidential vetoes. This means that Congress will be able to repeal Obamacare and abolish the IRS, NSA, FISA and EPA, as examples, without Obama's signature.
And speaking of impeaching Obama, Congress would be able to impeach Obama, Biden and activist justices.
