‘The America of our childhood and our Parents . . .’ there is nothing sadder than observing our oldest citizens wondering what the heck hit them. All the years they worked to preserve our freedoms, just to have these Seniors depart this world on such a sour note as sung by the current squatter in the White House, and his corrupt administration.

The title of this thread is the very reason that concerned citizens need to be made aware of the Constitution's Clause 2 of Section 7 of Article I. If patriots can elect 2/3 conservative majority control of each House of Congress in 2014, then consider the following.
Conservative-controlled Congress will have the power under the above referenced clause to override presidential vetoes. This means that Congress will be able to repeal Obamacare and abolish the IRS, NSA, FISA and EPA, as examples, without Obama's signature.
And speaking of impeaching Obama, Congress would be able to impeach Obama, Biden and activist justices.

He has refused his Assent to Laws, the most wholesome and necessary for the public good.
- Obama has refused to prosecute voting rights laws, immigration laws, income tax laws for his cronies, etc.
He has forbidden his Governors to pass Laws of immediate and pressing importance, unless suspended in their operation till his Assent should be obtained; and when so suspended, he has utterly neglected to attend to them.
- Obama is suing the state of Arizona to block them from enforcing their own state laws for complying with federal immigration laws.
- 2013: Obama is suing states to prevent the use of voter ID during elections.
He has refused to pass other Laws for the accommodation of large districts of people, unless those people would relinquish the right of Representation in the Legislature, a right inestimable to them and formidable to tyrants only.He has called together legislative bodies at places unusual, uncomfortable, and distant from the depository of their Public Records, for the sole purpose of fatiguing them into compliance with his measures.
- During the campaign, Obama said that health care negotiations would be covered on C-SPAN. Over and over he said this. Finally, he relented to a single meeting with House and Senate members for one afternoon only, where he disrespectfully referred to them by first name and then spent the time lecturing them.
He has dissolved Representative Houses repeatedly, for opposing with manly firmness his invasions on the rights of the people.
- Obama fired Inspector General Gerald Walpin for getting too close to the illegal actions of his supporters.

He has combined with others to subject us to a jurisdiction foreign to our constitution, and unacknowledged by our laws; giving his Assent to their Acts of pretended Legislation:

- Obama is deferring the employer mandate portion of the Affordable Care Act, a legally passed bill that was signed into law, as if the President has the power to capriciously decide which laws to follow and which to ignore..
For suspending our own Legislatures, and declaring themselves invested with power to legislate for us in all cases whatsoever.
- Obama is using the regulatory powers of the EPA, the IRS, etc., to force industries he doesn't like to close, while also handing out taxpayer money to risky industries that he favors, all without Congressional consent or oversight.
He has abdicated Government here, by declaring us out of his Protection and waging War against us.

- The response to the BP oil spill in the Gulf of Mexico blocked early response. Obama refused international help, allowing the oil to reach our protected shorelines. Obama used the spill to stop drilling in the Gulf, putting thousands and thousands of people out of work.
- 2013: After attacking Bush on his response to Hurricane Katrina, Obama has failed to deliver on his response to Hurricane Sandy. Maybe the victims in Staten Island weren't "Holder's people?"

That is correct: the current occupier of the White House was never a professor. He was a lecturer, an adjunct. Calling him a professor is like saying to someone who is an officer in the military, “Oh, I see you are an officer. You must be a general.” In academia there are professors, associate professors, assistant professors, then lecturers,(often called instructors),in that order.
I sincerely doubt he studied, taught and defended our Constitution. He may have studied (between drugs) how to thrash, criticize and destroy which he is accomplishing with help from behind the mysterious curtain.
Tyrants will always exist and will always try to push the limits. America is no different. What is different about American are the checks put in place to prevent this kind of thing and those checks failed.
But we all know that he was. It's common knowledge. Didn't you read the first paragraph?
