I don't think that's what's stopping them...they know they would go into an uprising as about 1/7th of the total population and would come out of it with about 1/10th. They'd have some initial success in the urban centers, but as soon as they tried to spread out they'd run into a lot of angry crackas with guns. The carnage in the inner cities will motivate them to resist the ferals.
Correct. Once they got past the streets that begin w a number. They would sh$t out of luck. Once that young black males are taken out or reduced to a small number, the crackas will come after their hood w a vengeance.
