CAROLLA: "Why dont we talk about young black males who perpetrate a disproportionate amount of violent crime? So they create a vastly disproportionate amount of crime if youre in this age and youre of this gender. Its not walking while black. Its walking while black male, young black male. Thats the group that commits the crimes, not all but a disproportionate amount of crime, which then scares other folks into thinking that guy may be the other guy. And then people go, Well you dont know that guy. Thats the problem. We dont know that guy. We know hes the black male a young black male whos in a group that commits a disproportionate amount of crime and that has freaked everyone out. Thats where it comes from. Adam, didn't you get the memo that statistics, logic, and honesty have no place in a discussion about race?
Besides, Adam, you're white. Your opinion regarding race matters means nothing because you are inherently racist. Get used to it.
“There is nothing more painful to me at this stage in my life than to walk down the street and hear footsteps and start thinking about robbery. Then look around and see somebody white and feel relieved....”
