I got the distinct impression MOM is going for the juggler on this one with the move for sanctions. Of course magistrate nelson will point to not guilty verdict and say the evidence withheld if it were withheld was of no value. Still, given all the smoke here about this issue, this may be something not able to be swept under the run even if MOM has to get to Corey et al through a wrongful termination representation. She is going down on this one and hopefully very hard.
