What else would cause the departure?

She doesn't appear to be a quitter. This appears to be a carefully arranged transfer that places her in a position to wield a great and long-term influence in the anti-America movement.

The Arizona District Communist Party USA supported her very close election to the governor's office, politely referring to her as a "progressive candidate" and now she is on her way to join the communist movers and shakers in CA. She will assume a role in California's education system that will have a much greater force than the single vote she would have as an elected politician.

Republicans at the national level can do little about this or similar state actions, but they better stop sitting on their hands, and stand up and face what is becoming an obvious threat to our nation. It may be that only a coordinated team effort of calling out the socialist/communists will awaken the voting public.
