A new billboard in Canton, Ga., says South Carolina welcomes illegal aliens.
A brand-new Georgia billboard proclaiming South Carolina’s alleged affinity for illegal aliens is raising eyebrows this week.
The sign, posted in Canton, Ga., declares: “South Carolina welcomes the undocumented. Sen. Lindsey Graham says his state has a labor shortage and wants more immigrants. For job tips, call his office at (864) 646-4090. Located in Pendleton, S.C. Only 2 hours from Atlanta!”“These people must have been off the planet for the last five years,” said D.A. King, an immigration activist with the Dustin Inman Society who paid for the billboard. “We don’t need more workers. We need more jobs.”
King blasted the immigration bill, claiming illegal aliens will have an easier time getting jobs in the U.S., while making it more difficult for American citizens to find or hold onto employment.
“I think unemployed Georgians are already kicking and screaming,” King told WGCL-TV, the CBS affiliate in Atlanta.
Sen. Graham, R-S.C., sits on a bipartisan committee that just passed a sweeping immigration-reform bill.

We need some here in Tn. I just saw a puking Lamar Alexander campaign ad.
Graham is in the tank for the big stockholders who lament low unemployment and the increased wages it would bring.
Reject the liberal euphemism of “undocumented immigrants” for “illegal aliens”. Instead of a euphemism, be *more* accurate by calling them what they are: Mexican citizens.
For example:
“South Carolina welcomes MEXICAN CITIZENS. Sen. Lindsey Graham says his state has a labor shortage and wants more MEXICAN CITIZENS to take American jobs. For job tips, call his office at (864) 646-4090. Located in Pendleton, S.C. Only 2 hours from Atlanta!”
See how this is much more effective at telling the truth?
I wouldn’t assume all illegals are Mexican. The left coast is overrun with Asians, I suspect a high number of them are also illegals.
Gaston, GA is kinda unusual place for this billboard. Gaston is about 50 miles due south from the TN/GA line. About 70 miles southeast from Chattanooga, TN and 100 miles southwest from Anderson, SC.

There is already a path to citizenship.
It’s just a path that has grown over and nobody seems to remember it’s there.
