No, she didn’t mention why he got custody, but it is almost unheard of for a father to get custody if the mother wants their child. So that’s my guess. She didn’t want him. Hell take a look at her. Not a nice looking person. MOM should call Tracy Martin (the father) to the stand to ask him why he got custody and not his wife. But that will not happen it they were never married, which I suspect.
Whoa girl.. I got custody in two divorces, from upstanding women, and raised 5 kids as a single Dad, but the reason was totally understandable.. I don't think TradeMarken's situation was the same.. In my case I gave up the money (big bucks) totally, and accepted joint custody, with me as custodial parent... Follow the money, and more things become clearer.. LOL

She dumped the baby back on him. He got married to someone he actually liked and dumped Trayvon on his new wife , Alicia. Alicia raised him from a baby.
