This movement can stay true grassroots, it is by its nature local, so people can make their own signs, don’t have to travel great distances, and don’t have to incur large expenses.

I. E . No need to apply for any kind of exemptions and thus don’t have to wait for permission.

(As if we would ask, LOL.... )

That's exactly right. Just grab a bunch of like minded neighbors and spend a few hours waving flags, banners, and signs on any overpass. I think it's brilliant. Simple ideas often are.
