There's an idea. And while you're at it why not keep them out of the civilain work force, too? That would eliminate all the sexual harassment lawsuits and hostile workplace environment lawsuits that are clogging up the courts and costing businesses money. Let's also keep them at home, especially at night, unless they are escorted by a mail relative. That would virtually eliminate rape and free up valuable prison space for real criminals, not to mention save an untold number of idiot candidates from blowing the election talking about whether rape can lead to pregnancy. Just imagine how wonderful your world would be if you could do all that?
