I'm really trying to determine the relevance of your post to what I said, but I must admit I'm stumped.
I did a reply to your note BUT the moderator deleted it. Guess it went into the mechanics of the 4th amendment and pointed out how the phrase "unreasonable" ties in well with the need to address new technology.
Point I made is unless you know what is or is not reasonable you don't know if you need a warrant, and there are some REASONABLE searches ~ always have been ~ always will be.
Again, solve the "reasonable/unreasonable" formula before jumping to warrants!
