At Midnight on July 1st, 2013, the unenforceable and unconstitutional Colorado ban on magazines that hold more than 15 rounds... goes into effect.Just wondering.
Wouldn't waiting for midnight July 4th have been more dramatic?

The first effective day of the new law is pretty dramatic, and 7/4 is a holiday so it would be more difficult to get the press and participants.
