I’m not saying that I give this ant credence, but if true, my guess would be the Obamacare vote. They had to know it was unconstitutional. Roberts would be their ace in the hole.
A resignation isn’t as valuable as a conservative supreme court judge siding with him on his “signature” piece of “legislation”.
