These people honestly believe they’re untouchable.

People who think that way become very, very corrupt. It’s inevitable. It’s unavoidable.

Eventually they get so corrupt that no one can ignore it.

You are entirely correct. Obviously unconcerned with pretrial testimony, every witness has provided evasive answers, feigned memory loss and ignorance, offered testy, confrontational and pugnacious responses...and now, what will go down in history, “The Easter Bunny response.”

I’m waiting to find out if they are right. Will anything happen ? Will anyone go to jail ? Golden parachute resignations to my mind simply prove they are right.
