The rule seems to actually contradict itself, in one part claiming that the military can only be used during extreme circumstances with Presidential approval and then, in an updated part of the code, declaring that the military can put troops on the streets without approval from the president or local law enforcement.

This is NOT a good thing. Fortunately, we have an alleged Constitutional Law Professor in our White House, and a patriot who follows the Constitution in charge of the Supreme Court. What could go wrong?

I was wondering if anyone on this thread had actually read the information. I read it all yesterday. It is certainly real. The military was used in Boston when they were searchingn for the bomber. I checked the uniforms and saw “Military Police” for one group.

Don’t think the military will not round you up because they paid no attention to the rights of Boston citizens. They had to stay in their houses or face the military and national guard and cops, etc., etc.

I watched them with rifles (Homeland Security has fully automatic rifles), making people leave their home with their hands on their heads.
