why the killers picked towards the back of the marathon race to set off their bombs....wouldn't setting them off early perhaps killing star runners have been more of a perverse "statement"??

Maybe this was covered early on and i missed it, but were all 3 of the fatally wounded the result of the 1st bomb? I cannot find that info anywhere... were all three in close proximity of each other?
As people begin looking for news elsewhere, the MSM keeps getting progressively worse.
But is that really the “Mainstream Media”? CNN, sure, but two comedians (or is it four comedians) and a Salon blogger? Not exactly Cronkheit, Huntley-Brinkley, Howard K. Smith, Harry Reasoner, and Roger Mudd.
