No he did not. The reason o can do anything he wants is because 4,000,000 conservatives votes for him. Well actually, 4,000,000 knowingly cast a vote for him, by NOT voting for ANYBODY but O they were in reality voting FOR Obama.
By doing something that childish and selfishly they were voting FOR OBAMA. Willingly and knowingly they elected the worst President we have EVER had. They chose someone who has said he would do all he has done since getting into office.
If you are one of the 4,000' thank you... FOOL!
