Where are the annual reports to Congress? ORR needs to be sued!

Posted by Ann Corcoran on February 3, 2013

It is maddening! Now, the Office of Refugee Resettlement (ORR) is four years behind in producing its ANNUAL Report to Congress.

They have NOT submitted a report for Obama’s years in office. When January 31st came and went last week they added the report for FY 2012 to the list of missing reports—there is no report for FY 2009, 2010, 2011 and now 2012!

Does no one care that the ORR is breaking the law? Here is the law:

Sec. 413. [8 U.S.C. 1523] (a) The Secretary, shall submit a report on activities under this chapter to the Committees on the Judiciary of the House of Representatives and of the Senate not later than the January 31 following the end of each fiscal year, beginning with fiscal year 1980.

(b) Each such report shall contain-

(1) an updated profile of the employment and labor force statistics for refugees who have entered the United States within the five-fiscal-year period immediately preceding the fiscal year within which the report is to be made and for refugees who entered earlier and who have shown themselves to be significantly and disproportionately dependent on welfare as well as a description of the extent to which refugees received the forms of assistance or services under this chapter during that period;

(2) a description of the geographic location of refugees;

(3) a summary of the results of the monitoring and evaluation conducted under section 412(a)(7) during the period for which the report is submitted;

The list of ‘shalls’ goes on.

So what good are all the ‘shalls’ when no one ever calls them on it, no one ever sues them (we need a lawyer!), Congress never demands.

Where the hell is Congress? Doesn’t one single member of the House

So the arabs don't want Israel to build in Israel but want to build in the USA unrestricted and even take over cities?

Do you understand who is writing this new immigration reform bill? I’m sure Obama loves it, but he hasn’t touched it, it’s all the Cartel de Ocho and it’s 100% Grover Norquist and Cesar Conda! The rot is as much in the GOP camp as with the Dems.

WE can’t fight the enemy as long as we refuse to admit who it is.

Senate Gang of Eight: Immigration Is “Ours To Lose”
http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/news/3009500/posts
[snip] Grover Norquist: “In an unlikely pairing, renowned anti-tax activist Grover Norquist stood alongside AFL-CIO President Richard Trumka, the leader of the nation’s largest labor coalition. Senators from both parties yukked it up with jokes throughout the hour-long affair.

After the conference ended, Norquist predicted the Gang of Eight would succeed, arguing that opponents like Sessions and Vitter, who sunk the last immigration bill in 2007, have been marginalized.

Restrictionists, Norquist said, are people who merely “think of themselves as conservatives.”

“If you’re a Republican, you look at the business community wants it, the religious community wants it,” he told reporters. “Who is the opposition? Who in the modern Reagan Republican Party is a no?”

Who is Cesar Conda?

Also, you need to know how these Chechan refugee mess got started...

Norquist REALLY is at the bottom of everything wrong in the gop! He’s the best thing that ever happened to Obama....and Rubio/Conda KNOW IT!

The Bush State Dept gave refugee status to the bombers family, probably through USAID, and WHO worked for them....

[snip]Without a doubt, Grover Norquist’s team has infiltrated USAID’s lucrative contract whirl.

In April of 2005, the respected scholar Daniel Pipes asked “Is Grover Norquist an Islamist?” Grover’s November 2004 marriage to the Muslim Samah Alrayyes reveals an insider at USAID in the Bush years. Samah Norquist’s bio is an indictment of Grover Norquist’s designs on USAID contract information. Samah was the Public Affairs Specialist for Arab and Muslim outreach at the Bureau of Legislative and Public Affairs at USAID:

In her position, she works on developing and implementing communications and public affairs planning with regard to various Muslim and Arab outreach issues including USAID activites in Iraq, Afghanistan, Middle and Near East and many parts of the Muslim world where AID is present. This includes serving as a liaison with Muslim and Arab American interest groups to brief them on USAID activities in the developing world and coordination of the Agency’s participation in events, conferences, and discussions designed to educate the publics about American foreign assistance.

Notably, Samah Norquist served on the board of the Islamic Free Enterprise Institute along with Khaled Saffuri. And for those, like Cleta Mitchell, who are willfully blind to the activities of Grover Norquist on the Shariah Compliant front and possible connections with Muslim Brotherhood operations in the tiers of the non-profit industry, it should be noted that a third operative of the Alamoudi stripe has made it big in the world of USAID.

I’ve got a somali community that was started by a habitat for humanity town home center near my house. If I had known that land was going to be used for that I never would have built here. It hasn’t been too bad yet, but they let their kids run the neighborhood with no supervision. I’m dreading when they get older...

Statement: "VANITY: Refugee resettlement in the US under 0bama

Response: As much as I loathe "The Divine One" "Third World" immigration became favored by law in the Johnson administration. It has become obvious over the years that the Democrats and Republicans cut a deal. Democrats get political power by importing voters. Republicans get economic power by importing cheap labor and smashing Unions such as United Auto Workers, the mine workers, Teamsters etc. The method to be used, once the inherent nativism of the American people reared its head, was talk, talk, talk and do nothing about the growing number of invaders. In short, both the Democrats and Republicans sacrificed the Euro-American for narrow interests.

In FY 2009, ORR’s Unaccompanied Alien Children’s (UAC) Program continued to provide
care and placement for unaccompanied alien children who left their home countries
for a variety of reasons to include to rejoin family already in the U.S., to escape abusive relationships or violence in their home country, or to find work to support their families in their home country. Most of the children in ORR’s custody and care were from Honduras, Guatemala, and El Salvador. The majority of children were cared for through a network of ORR - funded facilities, most of which are located close to areas where immigration officials apprehend large numbers of UACs. With an operating budget of $132.6 million in FY 2009, ORR funded approximately 1,600 beds on a daily basis and provided care for 6,644 children over the course of the year in its various housing facilities during FY 2009, a decrease of 8 percent from FY 2008. An average

Some UACs grow up to become bombers and some become President.

Thanks for this post. I’ve been wondering who is responsible for these “refugees”.
