Understood, but the scariest part is that it is in so many processed foods! It certainly pays, (and tastes a whole lot better too ;) to put down the box, and find your own good recipe!

Maybe that's why my blood vessels feel all crackly rollie, or is it from that indigestible veggie oil that the body can't tolerate. Let's get back to good old butter and pig fat lard.
