Denying reports that the Saudi national initially considered a “person of interest” following the Boston Marathon bombing is set to be deported, a senior law enforcement official told The Daily Caller Thursday that a different Saudi national, unrelated to the bombing, is in ICE custody.
According to the official, the person in custody is not the Saudi national who was questioned and later deemed to be a witness following the bombings.
ICE is looking into deportation for the individual they have in custody, but no date has been set.
The official stressed that the Saudi national they have in custody is in no way related to the Marathon investigation.
Terror expert Steve Emerson told Fox News’ Sean Hannity Wednesday evening that the Saudi national questioned in relation to the bombings, Abdul Rahman Ali Alharbi, would be deported on Tuesday. That report has been repeated in media reports online....

So someone who witnessed the attack was spirited out of the country? Think he will be any safer in the Middle East where there are even more extremists?
Will his testimony be needed for the trial of the perps?
So, the guy that have is not the guy they had and were questioning, and is not the guy(s) that were involved in the bombing, which they do not have. Clear? Watch the other hand... the pea is in the 3rd shell....

Obama looks a little nervous lately. Hmmm I wonder why... I bet he can’t get that terrorist relative of the very Saudi Arabian family that paid for his college out of the states fast enough before people start putting 2 and 2 together.
How did he burn his hands? Why did he smell of gunpowder? Is everybody in Law Enforcement going to cover this up?
Could the FBI perhaps give an in-depth explanation as to why he will be deported?
It would perhaps still many doubts as to his involvement in the Boston marathon explosions.
First of all, don’t buy any bridge in NJ. Or CT, for that matter. They’ve all been maintained by liberal union slackers...
Second: This whole thing is shaping up to be a total — and I mean total — misdirection campaign from the get go.
I’m not a tin foil hat kind of guy, but there’s just enough confusion and misdirection going on to make me start wondering.
Why isn’t Aunt Zuni in ICE custody.?
Didn’t you guys hear? Investigating terrorism is tantamount to profiling...suddenly Saudi’s are being detained for all manor of unrelated terrorism plots.
Next they’ll tell us terrorism is a cultural norm for Saudi’s and not alone grounds for suspicion. Just wait and see.
