I'd say most democrats aren't for amnesty. That's why the gang of 8 insist it isn't amnesty. We're all getting hoodwinked on this one. One group that I've followed is Progressives for immigration reform. They have different motives than some of us, but they see illegal and mass legal immigration as a negative.
