Just imagaine the outcry if one repleced Kelly Martinez’s words with, ‘we don’t like Black lifeguards’ or ‘we don’t like Hispanic lifeguards’.
Who are they going to be lifeguarding? Minorities? (shrug)
If the parents don’t like affirmative action, let them do something about it.
Meanwhile, they will continue to vote for the same pandering scumbag Democrats, over and over again.
It certainly has no impact on anybody in MY family, that’s for sure.
In the Caribbean, perhaps half the dive masters are local, the other half are nomadic young people working their way around the islands for as long as possible. They are all folks who grew up in the ocean.
Thing is, in the Netherlands Antilles, you can have families with white-haired blonds and very dark Africans and every mixture in-between. No one seems to think anything at all about it.
Only in America.

After the first fifty or sixty floaters, the usual suspects will start trying to find a way to blame it on white racism, which of course, will not do anything to fix the problem, and the floaters will continue to pop up in the pool.
After a high enough body count results, the lawyers and the "community organizers" will sue the taxpayers.
Somewhere down the line, somebody will figure out the problem, but will refuse to fire the lifeguards with the highest body count because that might have a disparate affect on minorities, because that's what they hired.
Eventually, they'll decide the only way to keep those black kids from drowning is to find a way to keep them out of the water.
So, we're talking about pool closings. However, they can't just close the pool where it's happening, because it's the black kids' pool, and obviously, that's going to cause the old "disparate racial impact".
So, in the end they close all the pools in the city, just to be fair. I don't know what happens to all those out of work lifeguards...
