“The newspaper birth ads only confirm a child was born, but not where.”

The newspaper announcement of the birth does not confirm a “child was born.” It does confirm the newspaper picked up the list of names for documents whichclaimed a child was born, even though no child was born in the case of birth registrations filed by family members for a child who was not born in the hawaii. Hawaii has a very long history of fraudulent birth registrations being filedd for children born in Japan, China, and other nations or who were never born at all. Organized crime groups operating in Hawaii have been into puching this fraud and scam for a hundred years in Hawaii.
