I wish FR’s would read the comments first before responding to them . I’m discussing reciprocity not the cost of amnesty. What has what you sent me the rundown of an article outling the costs of amnesty written by Simcox got to do with reciprocity and the treatment of American citizens in Mexico ? If you want more on the cost of amnesty try this http://theusmat.com/mexico.htm. I certainly don’t need any more.

Mexico currently is a country under siege by drug runners. Unless you wish to enter a conflict where half of our people support the enemy, I suggest you abandon the idea of reciprocity with Mexico. There’s no way we can afford the amnesty of 40 million uneducated people. As it is they are dragging us into a depression.
