The director of the Community College is a state employee, who’s job is to safeguard the taxpayer’s money. He does not represent the union, he is suppose to represent the best interest of the taxpayer. If he really colluded with the union to get them more money he should be charged with malfeasance and violating the public trust.

Unfortunately union members are pretty reliable voters and the GOP doesn't have any get out the vote campaign for education seats so the unions end up electing their own bosses.
