A Terry Stop is constitutional and is a useful and legal enforcement tool.

Two things. One, I am not talking about Terry Stops. I am talking about New York’s ‘Stop and Frisk’ program which is something else entirely. Do some Googling and you will see.

And two, since when was support for the 4th Amendment considered ‘lefty rhetoric’?
