I would disagree with how the word "indioctrinate" is being defined here.
If you lay out the facts, and teach the kids how to think about those facts, then I don't think there is much of "doctrine" involved, so you are not indoctrinating anyone.
On the other hand, if you throw all the facts out the window, and say that those things don't matter, then layout the doctrine "People are evil. We cause global warming. The oceans are rising because your mom drives an SUV" and if you browbeat anyone who tries to bring a fact into the discussion -- then that is "indoctrination". It's not how how to think at all -- it's about how NOT to think.
