But did they naturalize as U.S. citizens before or after Marco was born? If they naturalized before he was born, he was born a natural born Citizen. If they naturalized after he was born, he is just a U.S. Citizen by statute and thus not eligible for Article 2 Section 1.
Another fascinating facet not made clear by the Rubio camp. Now, tell me, were they citizens at the time of Marco's birth? His bio is fudgy on that, too.
BTW, thank you for that information and for straightening me out on that score. Also, BTW, this guy COULD be a great Senator, or at least a long-serving one. Any Presidential bid destroys his bona fides, at least for me, and those of any "Republican" that would choose to share a ticket with him.
