Today he said in a speech that the United States of America and Canada, thats the comparison you look for. You look to the Palestinians and the United States or the Palestinians and Israel; its the same relationship as the United States and Canada
That is the most I mean, I apologize to first graders, but ..a first grader would make a better comparison than that. That is unbelievable. It shows the man has absolutely no idea whats really going on, Glenn said.
To equate the Palestinians, who are lobbing missiles over the border, to equate them to Canada is beyond comprehension.
And if you think that if Canada was bombing our schools, bombing our buses, if you think that we wouldnt be behaving like Israel times a thousand, this these people would rise up. Americans would rise up and say enough is enough. We would. We wouldnt have the restraint that Israel has. Because weve forced Israel to sit on their hands for so long. We wouldnt put up with it.
As bad as the Canada comparison was, Glenn said the most disturbing elements of this story come not from Obamas words but his actions.
President Obama, who is making his first trip to Israel as the Commander-in-Chief, declined an invitation to speak in front of the Knesset, Israels legislative body. Instead, he spoke to handpicked members of the radical left at a university.
Columnist Caroline Glick explained, The only revealing aspect of Obamas itinerary is his decision to on the one hand bypass Israels elected representatives by spurning the invitation to speak before the Knesset; and on the other hand to address a handpicked audience of university students an audience grossly overpopulated by unelectable, radical leftists.
Glenn said, Ill tell you what this president is doing:
He is sending a very clear signal to the enemies of Israel: I do not endorse or believe that the Knesset is even legitimate.
I am with you. Judea and Samaria belongs to you, not to Israel. And while I could sit here and talk to people like Benjamin Netanyahu, Id rather talk to you, the radical, because you are the one that has the key to the solution and the future. That is exactly what is happening with the presidents trip.
In her column, Glick pointed out that the last time Obama spoke in the Middle East, he invited members of the Muslim Brotherhood and the radical left to attend his speech in Cairo. Not long after, Egypt was enveloped in the uprising known as the Arab Spring which saw radical Islamists rise to power.
The Canukistanis aren’t chucking missiles at me.
The distances are more like Camden and Philadelphia.
Now I know.
So like Canada is hurtling rockets into Buffalo New York? I would have thought they’d send a greeting card first.
When was the last time that Canada fired a rocket into the US?
NO, Canada is not like the Palestinians.
Two minor differences: Canada exists and Canada is civilized. (Is there a way to remove a politician when he becomes delusional?)
Hell, Canada is building a second bridge over the Detroit river. When is the last time the Paleostinians did anything to help themselves, let alone help someone else?
So that the Americans can escape.
LMAO great post.
As long as they don’t head south to Indiana it’s all good.
What an embarrassment
Can you imagine if Bush said this.
Except he's the CinC. Frightening.
Our apologies, Canada.
Our quota baby is pretty much like a cretin.
They should name it the “Bob Probert Bridge”.
Yep, so called Palestinians are terrorists. Why do you think Jordan does not want them in their country? So called Palestinians are Jordanians, but they do not claim them, they are totally nuts.
Palestine is like Mexico. The are a bunch of people that claim to be owners of the land we are living on and will do whatever to take it.
...he’s such a moron...where’s he getting his talking points,Biden?
I thought it was the busiest. What’s #1?
