Eugen Schauman, the successful assassin of Governor-general Bobrikov and fully authorized dictator in Finland since 1903. He is now refarded as one of Finland's national heroes.

Perhaps spmeday we'll see similar recognition of the killers of Seattle US Attorney Tom Wales or Colorado prison boss Tom Clements

You’ll appreciate this. I was out at the trap range with an old Browning A5 (16 gauge straight stock made in early 1914). A couple other guys were shooting and asked about the A5. I told them it was a Browning made before WWI. One of them, in a thick accent said “I’m Serbian! Gavrilo had a Browning, good gun!”
