It was Hannity that declared Cruz eligible, but Cruz refused to affirm his own eligibility, IIRC.

Sen. Cruz told Sean Hannity on Wednesday that he believed he was eligible to be President. When we have let the Constitution be ignored and then say it is OK to ignore it because now our guy is able to use the same tact, what have we become?
