BTW, the name of the book is "Revelation", not "Revelations". (frequent mistake).

In the 1st chapter it says "The" Revelation of Jesus Christ ...

15 "So when you see the abomination of desolation spoken of by the prophet Daniel, standing in the holy place (let the reader understand),

16 then let those who are in Judea flee to the mountains.

In our today's understanding, when you see the lawless one, the beast, the one who set's him self up as God and boasts, and rails against the one and true God Yahweh leave Jerusalem, Judea, and the surrounding area and get out of DODGE FAST !

The lawless one is the one who is totally against Jesus Christ Yeshua and his loved ones the christions.
The lawless one is totally against what Christ stood for, the savoiur of his people, their redeemer.
For CHRIST is the only one who could have ever fullfilled God's holy law and completed God's law, and satisfied God's law because he is the one who is the law giver.
Christ fullfilled the law therefore the one who comes against Christ, the anti-christ is the lawless one.
